NURS 4403 Transitions in Care and Practice

4 SCH. This course synthesizes essential competencies, clinical skills, and clinical judgment for the practice-ready baccalaureate prepared nurse. Clinical experiences allow the learner to synthesize the concepts of providing safe, evidence-based, professional nursing practice within the interprofessional health care team in preparation for licensure as a baccalaureate prepared registered nurse.
