DPHT 7340 Clinical Management of the Patient with Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Conditions

3 SCH. This course is an integrated study of the examination, evaluation, and management of patients/clients with cardiovascular and/or pulmonary diseases/dysfunctions. Emphasis is placed on the integration of results from diagnostic tests and measures with physical findings for the development of plan of care and implementation of appropriate interventions.
Prerequisite: Prerequisites for this course include all preceding coursework the curriculum. Any exceptions require approval from the physical therapy Department Faculty and Chair.
