MPAS 5451 Underserved Practicum

4 SCH. This is a supervised clinical experience that focuses on the unique relationship between the primary care provider and the patient population in underserved settings. Students learn the aspects of providing care, as well as the health care resources available in underserved communities. Assessments may include, but are not limited to, preceptor evaluations, written assignments, case presentations, participation in patient care, and participation in PASS Day activities.
