Accreditation Complaints to the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)

Complaints related to accreditation compliance may be reported to the appropriate accrediting agency or to the institution directly. The appropriate accrediting body for TCOM is COCA and for the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (HSC) is Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on colleges (SACSOC). Accrediting agency contact information may be found in the HSC Catalog.

Accreditation complaints may also be filed anonymously through the Student Complaint Form or through the institutions HSC Trust Line.
