NURS 5312 Advanced Management of Chronic Diseases II

3 SCH. This course is designed as a follow-up to AMCD I to prepare nursing professionals for the complex and evolving landscape of chronic disease management. The course reviews the assessment, treatment, and care coordination required for individuals with complex chronic diseases while providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
