CBAN 5200 Introduction to Bioinformatics

2 SCH. This course is intended to provide students with an introduction to and use of publically available bioinformatics websites and tools. The course is offered over an intensive 5 day period and will involve didactic instruction and problem solving laboratories. Students can bring specific bioinformatics questions and problems to be addressed in the class. Offered every Summer semester.
