MEDE 9301 Rural Scholars Community Health Research Project 1-3 SCH. This course is designed to give the student experience in community responsiveness, leadership and scholarly activity. Through the identification of a need or a health problem in their designated rural community, the student develops a research plan to obtain pertinent data, and produces a final paper with a potential plan to address the community need or health problem. This course is restricted to students enrolled in the Rural Scholars Program. Prerequisite: Students must complete MEDE 7220 - Rural Medicine 4 Offered Fall and Spring Pass/No Pass
