NURS 6208 Intra/Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Nursing

2 SCH. This course will explore some of the intra/entrepreneurial innovations and creative ventures in nursing, including both successes and failures. Includes content regarding professional practice, legislative issues, certification, insurance, and legal issues. Emphasis on the development of leadership capacity including emotional intelligence, ethical conflict resolution, fiscal accountability, and the promotion of stakeholder engagement.
