NURS 5337 Quality, Safety, and Risk Management
3 SCH. This course will focus on strategies for promoting healthcare quality, patient safety, and effective risk management strategies. Emphasis on ethical dilemmas including medical errors, adverse events, and ways to enhance patient outcomes while mitigating risks. Alignment of quality improvement strategies to promote effective team communication and reduce medical errors.
