NURS 4304 Innovation, Informatics, and Technologies

3 SCH. This course will provide a overview of informatics, information technology, communication technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial strategies to solve problems, support decision-making, support patient care, provide care, and gather data in complex healthcare environments. Learners will be exposed to healthcare delivery from a systems perspective across various practice settings and will examine the challenges of assuring coordination, integration and continuity of care by applying informatics, technology and innovation-enhanced solutions.
