Admissions

|
Academic Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological sciences, PharmD, DO, MD, PhD, or other health sciences graduate program
- Calculus (3 semester credit hours)
- Statistics (3 semester credit hours)
- Human Anatomy and Physiology or equivalent (3 semester credit hours)
- Any pharmacokinetics course, at least 2 semester credit hours or demonstrated working experience, i.e. Authorship of peer-reviewed publications
Note: Current PharmD students in the HSC College of Pharmacy program are qualified for the pre-requisites needed.
International:
English Language Proficiency: In addition to requirements listed here, applicants must demonstrate English language skills.
Education Equivalency: Applicants who have earned college credit from institutions outside of the United States will need to provide U.S. course equivalency documentation.
Application Procedures:
Application via HSC platform requires the following:
- One-page (maximum 400 words) personal statement of interest in the program.
- Unofficial transcript(s) from all colleges and universities attended. Official transcripts may be required for an admission decision and will be required for matriculants.
- One letter of recommendation from an employer or a professor.
- $50 application processing fee required.
- Completed applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
