Accreditation Complaints to the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)

Complaints related to accreditation compliance may be reported to the appropriate accrediting agency or to the institution directly. The appropriate accrediting body for TCOM is the COCA and for the UNT Health Science Center is SACS.  Accrediting agency contact information may be found in the UNTHSC Catalog. Accreditation complaints may also be filed anonymously through the online Student Complaint Form or through the institution’s ethics hotline. The ethics hotline number can be found at www.reportlineweb.com/UNTHSC or by calling 877-606-9187.
